The ninja creates a small but soft armor made of cloud around his entire body, which allows him to protect himself against some taijutsu and ninjutsu attacks.

Arashi Kai no Jutsu

The ninja will gather clouds in the sky, creating a "bad weather day" effect. This cloud agglomeration can be used by the ninja to perform other jutsus that require such weather conditions. This is one of the situations on which the eyes of the ninja change.

Raikou Kumo Bunshin no Jutsu

The user creates a cloud made copy of himself. This copy is weak and soft, peaty much like a cloud. It is however resistant to taijutsu, but it has a weak attack power as well. When the Bunshin is destroyed, it will release a charge of electricity that will stun and damage the opponent that destroys it. This Bunshin is used more like a substitute then as an actually Bunshin and can be created from the user himself or from clouds in the air. Consequentially, one can "trade" places with the Bunshin when this one is formed.

The ninja is able to create a cloud at the base of his feet and to fly up out of the opponent's range. This cloud can be controlled, although its quite slow, leaving the ninja open for long range attacks. Obviously, this cloud has to be countantly maintained with chakra.

Arashi no Ryouiki

This jutsus is a full concentration of the ninja's powers. In this much more powerful Arashi Kai version the clouds will be so thick and dark that the area will seem like night time if it is day. The winds will be stronger than ever making it more difficult for the enemy to move around freely. This will be a full tempest with all of it's features (instable atmosphere, strong winds, lightning strikes), except for the rain, which makes it even more dangerous. In addition, due to the hard concentration on the jutsu and it's nature, the ninja will have a small electric field that will shoot small but bothersome lightning sparks at the enemy if he gets too close. This jutsu is considered to be the ultimate defense for Arashi ninjas.

Raiton: Tsuiraku Raijin

By controlling the lightning, the ninja can direct it to fall from above and hitting the target directly. This will make the strike to be much more powerful than if it were to be passed throw the user first. Requires Arashi Kai.

Raiton: Raijin Otakebi

The ultimate attack of the ninjas from Arashi Kekkei Genkai. The ninja will have full control over the lightning in the skies, making it fall against the enemy in a quick rampage. Requires Arashi no Ryouiki.

The user creates a strong windstorm, which will cover the entire area. This wind will rise dust and making movement much more difficult to the enemy, but not to the user, which is supposed to be accostumed to this. . Requires Arashi Kai.

Fuujin Otakebi
Type: Ninjutsu
Sub-Type: Fuuton

As any other tempest, if it gets worst a hurricane will come. This jutsu however won't create a hurricane, but several (five) smaller tornadoes that the ninja can control. If hit by one of this tornadoes, the enemy will be cut by the swirling winds and be tossed away from a tall distance if caught. Requires Arashi no Ryouiki
