Effects: the user kicks the opponent to break a block/cause some damage, then then pursue to launch a series of punches, pushing them back, they then use their opponents shoulders to flip over them, and end with an elbow smash to the head with a sweep kick, most likely knocking the person unconscious.

Effects: Creates a ball of lightning to form in the person's mouth, expanding in all directions outwards, causing damage in a medium area and doing medium damage.

Effects: focusing all of their chakra to their legs and feet, the user will seem to vanish, if against an opponent not much stronger than them, they will leave behind a yellow glow, as they try and get behind the enemy for a surprise attack
Downsides: this uses up a LOT of chakra, causing the person to maybe not even be able to move after a short period of time.

Effect: The next level to the ball of lightning jutsu, this shoots a very large blast of lightning from the users mouth, causing large damage to a good scale area. Perfect for trying to hit a quick enemy, or for fighting any kind of bunshins.

Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: Creates a small storm near the area the user is at, allowing them to focus their chakra into lightning bolts and send them down at the enemy, causing extreme damage
Downsides: This jutsu is near impossible to learn, and once learned, take at least 2 weeks of practicing to perfect, even when perfected, there is a good chance the lightning bolt will miss the designated spot. (needs a dice roll type thing to see if you get it or not)

Rank: S
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: Creates a gigantic lightning storm, The use can then control the lightning bolts, causing collasal or most likely fatal damage to the opponent, and making a Deafening crash-like sound.
Downsides: Most have learned Eye of the Storm, same downsides as before, but to a much larger scale, this jutsu is deadly even to practice. (needs a dice roll type thing to see if you get it or not)

Effect: Similar to rasengan, the user focuses all of their lightning chakra into their hands, puts them out in front of them, and twirls them in a spiral, forming a huge, spiraling ball of lightning, using the last of the chakra they focused, they shoot out the spiraling sphere of lightning, causing it to keep twirling even on contact, but terribly electrocutes the opponent when hit
Downsides: when creating the ball, your hands will begin to take in some of the electricity, making it very hard to concentrate and having a good amount of pain. Both opponent and you will take damage

Effect: The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

Effect: The Rain of Flames spell is an attack that has to learned to control and is one of his most dangerous, deadly, and destructive attacks. To use this jutsu you will jump up high into the sky before making a special orb of fire, then toss it up into the sky as a gigantic crimson red demonic rune appears in the sky and starts to slowly rotate. Soon you will throw another one of the orbs into the rune causing the rune to spin faster and open up a portal to hell, soon after the rune opens giant orbs of flam falls from the sky in a hail storm of destruction. Before the jutsu is over about 100 of the fireballs will have fallen down crashing all around the area under the rune hitting friend and foe.

Effect: makes some rapid hand signs as fire starts to cover his hands, soon the fire collects into one finger tip and then he throws it under a person. Soon after a large pillar of fire blast up from the spot where the flame landed, the pillar of fire harms everyone in a 10 foot distance of it.
